Book A Hunt

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, and hunts may be terminated at any time by the guide without refund. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Rates: $450 per hunter per day. A 50% pre-paid non-refundable deposit per hunter is required to hold a date. $200 per observer per day. Must have a valid Arizona hunting license. For more info on what to expect and bring see our About Us page.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Malpai Made guided hunts require advance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. By booking a hunt, clients acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • If a client must cancel, Malpai Made may, at its sole discretion, allow the client to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may require additional fees.

Guide-Initiated Termination or Cancellation

Malpai Made reserves the right to cancel or terminate a hunt at any time, before or during the hunt, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Weather or environmental conditions

  • Client conduct or failure to follow instructions

  • Legal, access, or operational considerations

  • Equipment issues or unforeseen circumstances

No refunds will be issued in the event a hunt is terminated early or canceled by the guide.

Weather Conditions

Hunting takes place in variable outdoor conditions. Weather alone does not constitute grounds for a refund. Decisions regarding hunt continuation or termination due to weather are made solely by the guide with client safety as the priority.

No Guarantees

Malpai Made does not guarantee animal sightings, harvest opportunities, or specific outcomes. Lack of success does not constitute grounds for a refund or reschedule.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a hunt and participating in guided activities, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, as well as the Client Assumption of Risk, Liability Release & Media Authorization Agreement.
